Chief Revenue & Customer Experience Officer – Audrey Kidd

Chief Revenue & Customer Experience Officer – Audrey Kidd

Effective May 28, Audrey Kidd will leave the position of Chief Revenue & Customer Experience Officer at UMPH and take up a new professional endeavor.

Audrey has served UMPH with distinction for twelve years, helping navigate major changes. Her contributions include applying her rich imagination and stellar leadership in Cokesbury’s transition from an emphasis on brick-and-mortar retail stores to an agile e-commerce shopping experience supported by a high-touch direct call center.

Another key venture has been her leadership in launching Amplify Media, a streaming service with unlimited access to video resources that churches use for engaging worship and study.

Effective June 7, 2021, Audrey will become Executive Director of Saddle Up! a Middle Tennessee non-profit organization that provides children and youth with physical and developmental disabilities the opportunity to grow and develop through therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities with horses.

“Audrey’s commitment to providing congregations quality essential resources, and her eager readiness to adopt fresh approaches amid rapidly changing circumstances in the church and publishing industries, have made an enormous and positive difference. We will miss her incredible work ethic and critical thinking skills. We are thrilled that she has found this moment to combine her rich storehouse of knowledge and experience with her passions for people and horses,” said Rev. Brian K. Milford, President and Publisher of UMPH.
